Raorchestes signatus also known as Starry-eyed Bush Frog is one out of many species from Bush Frogs which might get Extinct in near future if proper conservation efforts are not made. Climate Change is a major issue for their survival beside habitat destruction and over population of Humans which indirectly claims many forest land where these species were surviving in harmony. If not acted now, we might loose an star of Western Ghats of India.

A warm evening sight

This Image was shot during one of my trips to Bandhavgarh in summers. It was a hot and sunny day, and my evening drive to the tala zone of the park. After some time, I reached a small waterbody and noticed two baby elephants and the adult one in the water. I noticed an interesting behavior of the family when a little one got into deep water and seemed to have lost his balance. Immediately the adult one allowed his trunk to put on his head to make a good balance. I tried to compose my frame when all of them were together and looking at each other. It was like a good family bound. I got the shot as I expected and after some time they came out of the water.
