About
Cory Goldberg, a lifelong photographer has been using the tools and principles of both film and digital photography to create innovative, original art. He completed his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from New York University in 1997. As a portrait and wedding photographer, his unique talent lies in capturing the genuine essence of the moment, or the subject. He was one of the first wedding photographers in India working in the now common 'candid' style. His fun and easy-going demeanor puts his subjects at ease, creating the feeling of levity and joy often seen in his images. In his personal work, Cory aims to push the boundaries of traditional photography and employs an array of experimental techniques like time-exposure, light painting, multiple exposure, color gels, and video stills. He continually strives to keep his work fresh and original, and not limited to any particular genre or style.
