Education
A total of 266 students were reached out through the Resource Center
- 4 cultural and sports programs were organized involving the children
- Monthly parent teacher meetings were organized to apprise the parents on the developments of their children
- 5 meetings were conducted with the School Management Committee (SMCs)
- 9 awareness rallies were carried out by the children sensitizing the school and community on various issues
Eye Care
A total of 669 community members accessed the services provided in the vision centre that provided them with assistance and professional care by ophthalmologist.
- 4 Eye Camps were organized in the village with participation of 483 beneficiaries
- 56 community members were referred to government hospitals for further treatments
- 183 community members received spectacles
Empowerment
- Computer Training - Throughout the year, 3 batches of basic computer courses were conducted with 45 students enhancing their knowledge on basic computer skills. In addition, 15 youth were provided with Advance Computer Training.
- Beautician Training – 45 women from the village were trained in professional salon services and were certified for completing the 3 months programme
- Digital Education – 206 children were reached out through Digital Education classes
Environment
- A total of 150 trees were planted, with the enthusiastic participation of 60 community members
- 4 cleaning initiatives were implemented in the village; involving the active engagement of 188 beneficiaries
- 30 kitchen gardens were successfully established promoting organic farming
- Installed 2 solar panels with 7.5 KW and 3.5 KW capacity
