The man in this pic sits near the banks of Ulhas River at Retibandar, his work is basically to avoid people from throwing plastic into the river. Anyone who comes with a plastic to dispose items (religious) in the River, he takes it from them and only disposes the non-plastic items into the river. He keeps back the plastic bags. In return people give him some money. Doing a good job, isn't it??? Its an unofficial work, but he is helping to keep the river clean. Educated people like us don't think twice before harming our environment, but what this man is doing is worth tons of praises. (The flying thing to the left is a plastic thrown by an educated person, which this man could not stop...) . . But no one notices it
