After a long period of captivity during the epidemic,me and my friends went for a vacation by the beach to find our peace of mind on December 25th,2020 where few weeks have passed since the lockdown ended. It was the ending time of the year but it didn't seem like that as the roads, hotels, bars, clubs and also the beach are all empty except for a handful of people. After lunch I went for a walk along with the beach and as there were a small number of people hanging around,i took my mask off. Foamy mist from the ocean lightly sprays into my face like the touch of a feather. Breathe in....Breathe out. Small waves are crashing onto lands and the distant sun descends like it is slowly disappearing into the horizon which forms a muddle of colors in the sky. Lonely and quite the beach is still and silent, only the light sound of waves crashing against the soft sand which soothes my ears. As the sun slowly creeps up the horizon i reminded of hope which tells me that when all these epidemics are over, the sunset will still be beautiful.
