Ankit Singh is a Bangalore-based photographer who loves minimalism and attempts to use that as a frame in his visual storytelling. Though an MBA by early education, once he picked up photography as a career choice, Ankit received formal training in lighting techniques from ICP, New York and has put his education to use in experimenting with the various genres of photography.

Ankit is acknowledged for his expertise in wedding photography and films and has documented over 300 weddings in the last decade, across India and abroad. Aside from shooting weddings, Ankit loves assignments in still life photography, which form a significant part of his portfolio and clientele. He also enjoys carrying out street photography, portraiture and photojournalism.

Other than various accolades and recognition, Ankit has received the “Wedding Photographer of The Year” award by Better Photography Magazine and Kodak for the “Emotions” category. Ankit Singh has been a Canon Mentor for over 4 years now and has shared his knowledge and skills with thousands of enthusiasts so far.
