Continuing with our Learning Beyond Books initiative, Canon India Involve organised a series of workshops last year on career counselling with children of SOS Children’s Villages of India. Taking a step forward, in 2022, continues the initiative, CIPL added another level to these sessions. 2 such workshops were organised virtually with 20 children in SOS Villages of Kolkata and Mumbai where 12 Canon employees volunteered to share detailed information on photography and usage of cameras. Discussion also focused on dierent career prospects related to cameras. Separate sessions will be organised in the following quarters to impart practical exposure to the children.
